We are very glad to know that there are many people outside there interested with us and wants to collaborate. We do appreciate all the attentions and greetings.

Currently, our production line is always fully capacity. We do apologise if we can not taken any more inquiry and not replying any more emails. It seems rude but its kind of way to refusion.

Thank you for all your supports for Choo Choo Tailor. In these months, we received many questions from many people about Choo Choo Tailor. We really appreciate your interests in making business with us.

We are really pleasure to have your high expectations. But, as business is really good currently, we’re facing a tight production schedule. Thus, it’s not possible for us to added more customers. We are really sorry as we know that it’s not a good choice to reject your demands for us in subcontracting shirts / pants, as businesses represents sales and sales represents profits.

We shouldn’t reject businesses, really. But, rush production usually will impact in delivery timing and quality. It is not what we want to deliver to any of our customers. Expanding production is one of the ideas, but it should be done if we can make sure every details is properly done.

As our retail business is slowly but sure keep on track, we are now focusing in making good shirts on local market but not to ignored subcontractor customers. Thank you and really appreciate your interests, really hope can be able to be your subcontractor in next time.

Choo Choo Tailor Newly Renovated Shop

After months of renovations and concept, finally Choo Choo Tailor Shop is finish. Soft Opening was held on 19 June 2012. It’s kinda reunion or meet and great our friends, relations and business partners.

This shop, which is located still at our old place sells Men’s shirt as Core business. Ready made and Made-to-measure shirt all available here. We do corporate with Singapore Fabric Company for our better quality of shirt.

Ready made shirt is segmented as Unique, home-made fine quality shirt. With our creative designer and workmanship, we believe that it can be satisfied your needs of good shirt, and nice one.

For a company, a service company, especially a sub-con service company, it is very important to maintain a good workmanship. Cause we don’t trust people because what they say, but because what they did. Quality did not come as it should, but it’s us to maintain.

That’s why, at Choo choo Tailor, quality comes from a good leadership. From basic to basic. Starts when the things cut, sew, iron till finishing, we keep it closed on eye. That’s why we expand our manufacturing plant, so every process or every malprocess can be detect and correct quickly.

With the supervising from the head, step by step, we make sure that somehow our product can satisfy your need of quality. And absolutely, quality comes with good price. If somebody offer you cheap price for what they call best quality, it’s  their best quality can be made, not the best quality you want.

The business line is divided to three departments: Uniform, shirt and trousers. All provides best quality.

1.Uniform Line
The business line for uniforms still running until now. Which the difference is Choo Choo Tailor already expands the products line, includes Pants (still), Shirts (Man and Ladies), Skirts, Blouses, Vests, Blazers, Ladies Jacket, Dress, Chef Uniforms, Aprons, Hats, etc.
We can offer one stop “CSFPD” service (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing include ironing, button hole-ing, button sewing, hemming, etc., Packaging, and Delivering to your warehouse PLACE) while you only need to offer the pattern model, and required quantity.
Normal Lead Time: Depend.

Tailor Line
Tailor Line offers high quality Man’s Pants cutting and sewing and processing till Finish Good. While current pant’s models and patterns vary, with more than fifteen full time workers with years of experiences, we have faith in the quality and timing of delivery. From China Town, now we also have customers at Peninsula, Raffles, Orchard, Tanjong Pagar, Katong, Marina, etc.
Normal lead time: 3 days with all material ready.

Shirt Line
Shirt line is the newest product we got into (though it’s already more than 3 years). We offer cutting and sewing and processing till Finish Good. Any combinations or patterns, you can rely on us. You only need to offer the measurement and material, and your nicely made shirt will be ready on your required date. We also offer embroidery (outsourced) for your remarkable shirts.
Normal lead time: 3~5 days with all material ready.

Our Working Place

Choo Choo Tailor Manufacturing place is located at Complex Nagoya Square Blok A number 22 Batam, Indonesia. In this 3 blocks of shops the production takes place. Each 2 floors is used and 3rd and 4th is the living house and mess for employees. Each departments is splitted and controlled by different person, so it will not make chaos and clash of interest.

On the upper floor, is the sewing department for Shirts, Jacket, Blouse, and any top apparels.

10 years is not a short time, but we already go through it. That’s why, our next 10 years and more, will become more meaningful and wonderful journey..

History: 10years of glory

Choo Choo Tailor was founded at 2001 in Batam. Our founder, Mrs. Lim Luan Tju, until now still the boss and inspiration in the company. She started the business in a rented house. I ever went there, it is under the hill, and has a tree outside. Inside the house is very narrow ad thigh, but in this little space, the business begins.

Starting with only a few sewing machines and a manual button hole machine, we started offer our services in Singapore. At the first time, Mrs Lim went to Singapore herself o promote the business. And this efforts didn’t come waste, we got our loyal customers, which we still co-orporate until now.

Mrs Lim always said, our business growing with our boss (which is also our customer). Shortly, the business growing rapidly. Choo Choo Tailor moves to a shop house (it is 3 floor house which is for business propose). We got a bigger space and more customers. Till now, the working place is quite broad, so let we got much space to move.
